The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs de Monaco will be celebrating its 40th anniversary next December, the perfect opportunity to organise its Grand Chapitre International.
We therefore invite you to join us in Monaco from 29 November to 2 December 2023 for a festive, gastronomic and cultural stay,
gastronomic and cultural experience.
You will be able to meet up with old friends from all over the world, make new contacts and celebrate this event with enthusiasm.
Our Board of Directors has put together a very attractive programme that is sure to attract many participants from all over the world,
Right in the centre of the Principality in Monte-Carlo, around the Place du Casino, the completely renovated Hotel de Paris awaits you with prices negotiated especially for the Chaîne.

On the other side of the hotel, the Hôtel Hermitage is also waiting to welcome you at very competitive rates.
Over the years, Monaco has become one of the world's leading destinations for hotels and fine dining.
It has attracted some of the world's top chefs, both French and foreign.
On November 29th, a gourmet stopover at the restaurant of the Automobile Club de Monaco, a private club that will be opening its doors to us specially.
On 30 November, Christophe Cussac's two-Michelin-starred Métropole will tantalise our taste buds.
The following day, December 1, we'll be welcomed to the Salle Belle Époque at the Hôtel Hermitage by Philippe JOANNES, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
On Saturday 2 December 2023, our brotherhood will be privileged to have exclusive access to the Salle Empire, a prestigious room at the Hôtel de Paris.
In this emblematic setting, where the multi-Michelin-starred Alain DUCASSE officiates, you will discover inventive cuisine worthy of a gala dinner.
A host of surprises await you...
This great moment of conviviality around the table will be preceded by the induction ceremony, orchestrated by the most Monegasque of Italians, Doctor ROBERTO ZANGHI, Honorary Bailiff Delegate of Italy and member of the Magistral Council.
Excursions around the Principality as far as Cannes and Grasse, with a foray into Italy, will be offered each day.

An incredible olfactory experience!
08:30 Early in the morning, drive to Grasse with your local guide and private driver for the day. A true capital of perfume, discover the typical Provençal streets.
10:00 a.m. Take part in a private eau de cologne workshop, create and personalize your own eau de toilette. Discover the manufacturing secrets of perfumes and cosmetics. Also enjoy a guided tour of the factory and leave with small gifts.
12:00 p.m. Have lunch in a traditional restaurant with local specialities.
2:00 p.m. In the afternoon, drive to Cannes, the perfect opportunity to discover the city during a walking tour of the famous Croisette at the Forville Market, enjoy a guided tour.
3:15 p.m. Then, drive to Villeneuve-Loubet to discover the Escoffier Museum and its secrets of culinary art.

Christophe Cussac is one of the rare chefs to have practiced three cuisines. The first, that of his master Joël Robuchon, the second, acquired at the Relais & Châteaux hotel-restaurant of his parents, the Abbaye Saint-Michel in Tonnerre, inspired by Burgundy, and the third, Southern cuisine, which he sublimated at the head of the kitchens of the Beaulieu-sur-Mer Reserve.
He welcomes us today to the Metropole of Monaco, holder of 2 Michelin stars.

9:00 a.m. Today, head to Italy with your local guide and private driver. You will make a first stop in the famous city Dolce Acqua.
10:30 a.m. Discover traditional architecture, houses that seem nested one inside the other and clinging to the mountain. The opportunity to take a nice walk, very pleasant, quiet, in pedestrian streets full of charm.
11:30 am In the late morning, taste local Italian wines at a hinterland estate.
12.45 pm Have lunch in a typical restaurant to discover the specialties of the famous Italian gastronomy.
2:30 p.m. In the early afternoon, drive to Imperia. Discover a coastal town, its narrow streets and colorful houses. You can visit the botanical garden of Villa Grock, an exotic garden filled with tropical plants and fruit trees.
4:30 p.m. Return to Monaco and arrival around 6 p.m. at the hotel.

Visit the Cave de l'Hôtel de Paris, the most beautiful wine cellar in Europe with the possibility of tasting!

This exceptional visit will take place subject to gathering the necessary number of people.

of the new members under the direction of Mr. Roberto ZANGHI, Master of Ceremonies
Membership of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is by invitation only.
Most of the new members have been recommended beforehand by friends who are themselves members, but it is also possible to inquire directly through our national Chapters (or “Bailliages”, as we say within the Chaîne).
During the induction ceremony, the new member is officially accepted into the Association and is presented with the traditional colored cord and diploma.
Professional and non-professional members are given the opportunity to meet at local, national and international events organized by the Chaîne.
